These terms cover PodGo.app on the web and in the official Android app published by MB Skydis. By using PodGo you agree to them.
The service
PodGo turns a topic you choose into a personal AI audio briefing for commuting, walking, workouts, and chores.
The Android app opens the same hosted product. It is not a general browser and only stays on PodGo and Stripe checkout.
Accounts and plans
A free preview is limited. Paid minutes and subscriptions are sold on the website through Stripe. The Play listing is free to download; there are no Google Play in-app products.
You are responsible for the email and password you use. Keep them private. Cancel anytime from Account. Paid time already granted is not automatically refunded except where the law requires it.
Your content
You keep rights in the topics you type. You grant us a license to process them so we can generate, store, and play the briefing for you.
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive prompts. Generated audio is for your personal listening. It can be wrong. Do not rely on it as professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service, share an account in a way that evades plan limits, or use PodGo to generate content that violates the law.
Availability
Internet is required. We aim to keep PodGo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features can change as we improve the product.
Liability
PodGo is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MB Skydis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make after listening to a briefing.
